About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Marketing team and help us accelerate pipeline generation. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities and engaging prospects in the early stages of their journey with AeroCloud.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident speaking on the phone, and motivated by opening doors for the business. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to qualify leads, book discovery calls, and ensure all prospect interactions are accurately recorded in HubSpot, our CRM.

Job Requirements


About You

· Experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role (SaaS experience a plus but not required)

· Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects in meaningful conversations

· Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and personable

· Organised and detail-oriented, able to maintain accurate CRM records

· Coachable, eager to learn, and motivated by achieving targets

· Collaborative, with the ability to work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams

· Interest in aviation, technology, or SaaS (beneficial but not essential)



Job Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospects and inbound enquiries to qualify interest and identify opportunities

· Book meetings and discovery calls for the Commercial team, ensuring a smooth handover

· Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in HubSpot, including activity logging, lead qualification, and data enrichment

· Support Marketing campaigns by following up on event leads, webinar attendees, and content-driven enquiries

· Conduct initial research on accounts to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates

· Work closely with internal teams to understand ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and evolving market needs

· Monitor and report on outreach performance, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics

· Represent AeroCloud with professionalism and enthusiasm - acting as the first point of contact for many potential customers
