Overview
The Role
* To provide sales quotations on SYNETIQ bespoke system
* To answer/respond to incoming messages on the parts portal
* Provide good customer satisfaction in relation to all customer matters
* Engage with other departments to ensure parts arrive to the customer within the agreed SLA’s
* To ensure that all customer invoicing is carried out in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent sales ability
* Customer service oriented
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Proficiency with computer systems and webchat platforms
* Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
* Knowledge of automotive parts would be advantageous
