As they continue to expand, they are looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Surveyor to join the Commercial Property Management team. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of commercial property assets on behalf of a diverse client base.
* Conduct property inspections and assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Support in preparing and reviewing property & asset management strategies to enhance property value.
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and landlords, providing day-to-day management of assets.
* Assist in lease negotiations, rent reviews, and tenant management.
* Analyse market trends and provide reports to support decision-making.
* Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and property-related financial reporting.
* Work closely with senior surveyors and senior members of the team on larger projects.
What They're Looking For:
* Recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
* Ambition to become a Chartered Surveyor (RICS).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* An understanding of commercial property markets and a passion for property management.
