Sense is looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our team as a Deputy Care Manager at our service in Kingstanding, Birmingham.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary is £26,676 per annum.
This CQC Good service has 5 bedrooms and supports individuals with sensory impairments, learning difficulties, and/or mobility impairments.
As a Deputy Care Manager, you will work alongside the Registered Care Manager to help run the home and provide a high-quality, responsive service to people with multiple sensory impairments and/or learning disabilities. You will also support the team as a frontline supervisor.
A full manual UK driving license is required as the role involves driving company vehicles to support individuals outside the home.
* Support individuals and groups within the centre and community.
* Assist the manager in running the service, including rota management, supervising, mentoring, and leading staff to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled and compliance is maintained.
* Provide a tailored, responsive, and high-quality service to people with sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities.
* Deliver services that meet or exceed organisational standards.
