Smart Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a well-resourced Primary SEN school in Oldbury, supporting pupils aged 2–11 with Complex Needs, PMLD, Physical and Medical Needs, and Autism (ASC). About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them engage in learning, communication, sensory activities, and daily routines. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to help pupils build confidence, independence, and positive outcomes.
