* Job Title: Teacher
* Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
* Salary: £28,000 - £39,590
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a teacher at ISP School, you will:
* Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
* Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your class
* Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens
* Motivate students to access learning and develop a lifelong love for education
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children
* Possess SEN experience, focusing on nurture for children with SEMH and ASC needs
* Have a solid understanding of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, preferably Science and Media, including Esports
* Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills
* Be a reflective practitioner with a good understanding of therapeutic approaches to education
* Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual children's needs
* Prove your capability to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
