We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in the Norwich area that is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher (ECT) to join their department from January. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their career in a genuinely supportive environment.
The Role
You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that help students build strong scientific knowledge and practical understanding. The department operates with shared resources, clear schemes of work, and a collaborative approach to planning and assessment, allowing ECTs to focus on developing confident classroom practice.
As an ECT, you will benefit from a structured induction programme, reduced timetable, and regular mentoring from experienced Science teachers. Support is consistent and practical rather than box-ticking.
