Reliability / Asset Engineer
This is a reliability-led engineering role, not hands-on maintenance.
You’ll focus on:
* Root cause analysis (RCA)
* Downtime and performance data analysis
* Reliability strategies (RCM, FMEA)
* Improving OEE and asset performance
You’ll work closely with Production and Maintenance to eliminate repeat failures and improve long-term equipment reliability.
Background:
* Qualified and experienced in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
* Manufacturing / process environment experience
* Strong engineering fundamentals
* Experience with reliability tools or data-driven improvement
Ideal for engineers who prefer solving problems permanently rather than firefighting.
