RFP Manager/Senior RFP Writer Opportunity.
An established investment and wealth management business is looking for an experienced RFP Writer to join its marketing and business development function.
This is a pivotal role responsible for producing compelling, high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, as well as other key documents that articulate the firm's investment strengths and service offering. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure every proposal reflects the firm's values, capabilities, and commitment to clients.

Main Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the proposal process from brief to delivery - managing inputs, timelines, and review cycles.
* Write and edit content that is accurate, persuasive, and tailored to client needs.
* Partner with subject matter experts across investments, operations, compliance, and marketing to gather information and insights.
* Ensure all materials are aligned with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic priorities.
* Maintain and develop the proposal content library, identifying opportunities to refresh and enhance existing materials.
* Use digital tools, automation, and AI platforms to drive consistency and efficiency in proposal creation.
* Support wider strategic initiatives, including product launches and entry into new markets or channels.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry best practice to continually raise content standards.
About You
* Experienced: At least five years in a proposal writing, RFP management, or similar content-led role within investment or wealth management.
* Knowledgeable: A solid understanding of investment principles, ESG considerations, and the financial regulatory landscape.
* Tech-savvy: Comfortable using proposal management software (e.g. Loopio, Qvidian, Dasseti) and exploring digital tools to streamline workflows.
* Skilled Communicator: Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
* Detail-focused: Exceptional accuracy and consistency in written materials.
* Organised: Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
* Collaborative: Builds productive relationships with colleagues and subject matter experts, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
* Professional: Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and confident managing senior stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
* Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or similar professional qualification.
* Experience working within global or multi-jurisdictional proposal teams.
* Understanding of how technology and AI can enhance proposal development and content management.
