We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our existing team in Norwich. Reporting into the Field Manager and wider Operations Team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting with general maintenance and cleanliness of our car park portfolio in Norfolk whilst ensuring a seamless customer service experience for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a reactive and changing environment.
The role will be 40 hours on a Rota basis (Monday-Sunday) based at our Head Office location (NR6 6AW) with the requirement of mobile working to cover our portfolio of car parks on a weekly basis across Norfolk.
Duties will include:
* To ensure the safety, security and service of RCP's car parks, our customers and local property.
* To assist customers to park and provide great customer service, being a friendly face to help with making payments on machines/ mobile applications etc.
* To patrol the car park and carry out daily safety and operational checks
* To be responsible for cleaning, litter picking, vegetation management, surface repairs and maintenance of allocated areas.
* To carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and other company equipment.
* To check all entry tickets/permits are valid and issue parking charge notices to vehicles deemed to have parked in contravention.
To support with wider operational projects such as mobilisation of site changes, new site set ups and de installation requirements.

Full driving licence required for this role due to operational driving duties.
