A bit about the job: You'll join Aviva CIO's highly valued PMO team, supporting the successful delivery of change across a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects. As a PMO Analyst, you'll either take ownership of PMO activities for smaller initiatives or partner with Senior PMOs on more complex programmes, helping ensure delivery is safe, well governed and aligned to Aviva's strategy. You'll be responsible for providing clear reporting and insight, maintaining delivery controls, and working closely with project and programme stakeholders to support predictable outcomes. This is a varied role offering exposure to some of Aviva's most important change activity. Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience working in a PMO role supporting projects or change initiatives (financial services experience helpful but not essential) Strong knowledge of core PMO disciplines, including governance, reporting, change framework application, financial management and risk/issue and dependency management Confidence working with data to produce meaningful insights and support decision-making Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to constructively challenge Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently, building positive working relationships across delivery teams What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
