Job Duties Lead development of scalable web applications using technologies such as TypeScript and ReactJS Contribute to architectural design, coding standards, and engineering best practices Develop and maintain complex web services and applications across multiple platforms Utilize cloud technologies, including AWS, to build efficient and scalable solutions Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure high:quality and maintainable code Collaborate with cross functional teams, including UX, QA, and product stakeholders Support agile development practices, including sprint planning and paired programming Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing Contribute to testing strategies to ensure software reliability and performance Participate in requirements gathering and translate product vision into technical solutions Job Requirements Minimum of seven years experience in full stack software development roles Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices Experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban Strong problem solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing technical requirements Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross functional teams Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively in projects Experience mentoring or leading engineers within a development team environment
