The role:

* You will deliver market leading consultancy advice, necessitating a sound understanding of client requirements on projects and recognition of competing stakeholders’ interests with effective resource management.
* You will work on and be involved in managing a number of exciting, complex transport planning projects and will lead on the development and delivery of projects with the support of our Directors and Transport team.
* A degree in a related subject (a master’s degree in transport would be desirable).
* A thorough understanding of transport planning policy.
* Experience with Transport Statements, Assessments and Travel Plans.
* Access strategy work, parking strategies, sustainable transport, S106 agreements, S278 agreements and guidance such as NPPF, DfT Transport Assessment guidelines, Manual for Streets etc.
* Use of the TRICS database.
* Setting up and running PICADY’s and ARCADYS.
* An understanding of LINSIG and can carry this modelling out for different scenarios, understand what they are doing and why.
* The principles of micro-simulation and strategic models/modelling.
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum
