We’re working with a welcoming SEND School that’s on the lookout for a brilliant SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September. If you're calm, patient, and love helping children thrive, this could be just the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils with additional needs (mostly autism and communication difficulties)
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost engagement and progress
* Collaborating closely with class teachers, SENCO and therapists
* Creating a safe, structured learning space where children feel seen and supported
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEND (especially Autism or SEMH)
* Someone calm, consistent, and confident in behaviour support
* A kind, positive communicator who builds trust easily
* Any Thrive or Team Teach training? Even better (but we can help with that too!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
