This newly created role will report to the Director of IT, Infrastructure & Info-Sec and responsible for driving organisational change, fostering a culture of innovation.
Viewed at Lantern as a separate discipline to project management, youll have opportunity to engage across the whole lifecycle of continuous improvement strategies, working with key stakeholders and delivering the change cycle, impact assessments and where appropriate identifying training solutions to ensure wider teams deliver the changes effectively.
Youll demonstrate proven experience in developing a critical understanding of existing and new business strategies and processes which inform your approaches to delivering appropriate and fit for purpose technological and operational change. Youll act as a champion for change, guiding teams and individuals through transitions and ensuring the successful adoption of new approaches.
