Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service, training colleagues on expectations
* Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
* Researching trends and acting as the buyer for the shop
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing shop by arranging merchandise effectively.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure all products are displayed correctly.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of shop presentation.
* Participate in promotional activities and assist with visual merchandising efforts.
