HGV1 Drivers Required - Depot to Depot Trunking | Location: Barking & Dagenham
Complex Recruitment is currently looking for experienced HGV1 (C+E) Drivers to join a busy logistics operation in Barking & Dagenham. This is a night trunking role with competitive pay and overtime available.
Pay Rates
* Monday to Friday: £20.71 - £23.20 per hour
* Saturday: £24.52 - £27.46 per hour
* Sunday: £27.25 - £30.52 per hour
* Overtime rates apply after 10 hours per shift
Role Overview
* Depot-to-depot trunking runs, no multi-drop
* Driving a well-maintained HGV1 (C+E) box trailer
* Pre-loaded trailers - no handballing required
* Night shifts with start times between 18:00 and 06:00
* Straightforward, clean work with minimal manual handling
* Completing all required paperwork and vehicle checks
Skills & Requirements
* Valid HGV1 (Category C+E) Licence
* CPC and Digi Tacho Card essential
* Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
* Previous trunking experience preferred
* Reliable, punctual, and professional with good communication skills
