Job Description
3. Provide technical support to customers via phone & Email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
4. Assist with troubleshooting product-related challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical queries.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
7. Support the Regional Sales team with technical information for their customers
8. Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to offer informed support.
9. Contribute to improving customer service processes and technical documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Product Support Specialist should have:
10. Minimum of 2 years experience in a product support role.
11. Proficient technical knowledge or tech savvy with an interest in new technology
12. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues.
13. Ability to multitask.
14. Experience within Engineering or technical motor products highly advantageous.
