Our client is committed to excellence, and were on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator to join their vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an industry leading business!
* Role: Customer Service Administrator
* Start: ASAP
* Term: Temp for approx. 4 months with the potential for a permanent role
* Salary: £27K - £29K/£14.00 - £15.00 per hour
* Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday (1 hour lunch)
* Location: Aylesford (Fully office based)
What Youll Do:
* Job Allocation & Workflow: Triage jobs, manage escalations, monitor PPM/Extra Works, ensure RAMS compliance.
* System Management: Update job statuses and purchase orders in Clik.
* Quotation Management: Prepare, submit, and chase quotes; coordinate amendments.
* Portal Management: Oversee job progression across client portals and MCAP tasks.
* Reporting & Compliance: Weekly KPI reporting; maintain contractual and H&S compliance.
* Financial Administration: Resolve invoice queries with finance and operations teams.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction is key
* A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering innovative solutions
