Account Manager required to join a leading global software businesswho are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager tojoin their expanding team in the UK. With a strong presence acrossmultiple sectors worldwide, the company delivers cutting-edgesolutions that drive efficiency and innovation for its diverse clientbase.
The Account Manager will be responsible forgrowing and managing a portfolio of clients across various industrieson a global scale. This role requires a proactive and strategicapproach to relationship management, ensuring clients receiveexceptional service while identifying opportunities to drive revenuegrowth.
The successful candidate will develop andnurture existing relationships with key clients, acting as theirprimary point of contact while ensuring satisfaction and retention.They will proactively identify opportunities for upselling andcross-selling software solutions, collaborating with internalteams—including sales, product development, and customer success—toensure seamless service delivery. A strong commercial mindset isessential, as the role involves analysing client needs and markettrends to provide tailored solutions, preparing and deliveringcompelling presentations and proposals, and negotiating contracts inalignment with business objectives. Additionally, the Account Managerwill be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, trackingkey performance metrics, and representing the company at industryevents and client meetings.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an Account Management orBusiness Development role, ideally within a global software ortechnology company.
* Strong commercial acumen with a trackrecord of growing and retaining client accounts.
* Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills with the ability to influencesenior stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset with the ability toanalyse data and identify growth opportunities.
* Ability towork collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, internationalenvironment.
