Responsibilities
* Assessing the needs of children in care and developing tailored care plans.
* Providing direct support and intervention for children, families, and foster carers.

* Leading and mentoring junior social workers and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Qualifications
* A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
* Current Social Work England registration.
* At least 3 years of post‑qualification experience in children's social work, particularly with children in care.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
