As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. Role Overview: The Pub Booking Coordinator manages all customer bookings and event enquiries for the pub, including table reservations, private functions, parties, and special events. The role involves coordinating with management, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure bookings run smoothly and guests receive excellent service. Key Responsibilities Handle telephone, email, and online booking enquiries Manage reservation systems and booking calendars Coordinate private events, group bookings, and functions Confirm booking details and communicate customer requirements to staff Assist with event planning, seating arrangements, and special requests Maintain accurate booking records and customer information Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns Resolve customer queries or booking issues professionally Ensure excellent customer service at all times
