Business Systems Manager - HR, IT & General Operations at Taiko Acton
Contract: Full Time | Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 | Contracted Hours: 40

As a Business Systems Manager, you will oversee the company's business systems, including Finance, Production, Dispatch, and Warehouse Management Systems. You will manage the team, collaborate with departments to ensure successful operations, and ensure the systems are effectively used across all departments.
* Take responsibility for core business systems, including administration, maintenance, and development.
* Work closely with the IT team, providing supervision, support, and performance reviews.
* Maintain relationships with external partners.
* Collaborate with teams for smooth system operations.
* Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of systems.
* Work with IT service teams to ensure operational production systems.
* Develop and implement policies and best practices related to systems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of technology and business processes.
* Maintain good relationships with departments and technical partners, including project and IT service delivery teams.
