We’re looking for someone to become the voice, face, and personality of Big Table Marketing.
While our team spends every day building brands for our clients, we need someone obsessed with building ours.
This role is about attention.
Attention online.
Attention in the industry.
Attention on social media.
Attention around what we do, who we are, and why people should care.
You’ll lead the growth of the BTM brand across content, social media, campaigns, culture, and personality-driven marketing.
You’ll be comfortable jumping in front of the camera, creating content quickly, speaking with confidence, and helping position BTM as one of the most exciting marketing agencies in the North East.
This isn’t a corporate “sit behind a laptop” marketing role.
We want energy.
Ideas.
Personality.
Presence.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build the Big Table Marketing Brand
* Own and grow BTM’s social presence
* Create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook
* Develop campaigns that make people notice the agency
* Turn day-to-day agency life into entertaining content
* Showcase client wins, behind-the-scenes moments, and company culture
* Help position BTM as the go-to creative agency in the region
Be Comfortable on Camera
* Present content confidently
* Film reels, trends, interviews, and reaction content
* Interview staff, clients, and partners
* Bring energy and personality to content creation
* Help make the agency feel human, exciting, and relatable
Generate Attention & Opportunities
* Spot trends quickly and react fast
* Create content designed to start conversations
* Help attract new clients, staff, and partnerships
* Push creative ideas that help BTM stand out
* Support events, launches, and campaigns
Help Shape Agency Culture
* Bring positive energy into the business
* Work closely with the wider creative and account teams
* Help celebrate wins internally and externally
* Contribute ideas that improve the agency brand and environment
