Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring for multiple HVAC installation roles, including Journeyman Installers, Experienced Technicians, and Helpers, for both residential and commercial projects located in Chagrin Falls, Bedford, and Mayfield, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
* Install ductwork, furnaces, and A/C units for both residential and commercial properties
* Install and wire thermostats, controls, and other HVAC system components
* Assist with ceiling duct installation, insulating ductwork, and general material handling
* Perform system startups, test functionality, and verify proper operation
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure systems meet all specifications and standards
* Manage or assist installation teams depending on skill level
* Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical diagrams
* Complete installation reports and maintain job site documentation
* Communicate progress or issues with project managers and clients
* Perform job site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized workspace
Requirements:
*
o Varies by role; all roles require basic HVAC knowledge and own hand tools
o Must be able to lift materials, work on ladders or in ceilings, and follow safety guidelines
o Lead roles require experience reading blueprints and managing teams
o Prior HVAC installation experience strongly for all roles
