BIM Manager - Revit MEP / Building Services 📍 Salford | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH) 💰 £64,000 - £70,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance 🕒 Permanent An established building services team is looking to appoint a BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery across a growing portfolio of MEP projects within the Manchester region. This role will suit someone with strong Revit MEP and building services experience who enjoys leading teams, driving BIM standards and overseeing coordination delivery across complex live projects. You'll manage a small team of BIM Coordinators and Senior BIM Coordinators, playing a key role in project delivery, technical workflows and BIM strategy within a collaborative MEP environment.
