Position: Architectural Technologist Location: Sandbach, Cheshire Salary: Up to £45,000 + flexible working + further benefits to be discussed We are currently representing a well-established architectural practice that designs high quality Residential and Commercial projects, with a strong focus on functionality, creativity and sustainability. The practice takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to deliver thoughtful designs. With a passion for detail, the practice creates inspiring, energy-efficient architecture that responds positively to both its environment and modern design challenges. The successful Architectural Technologist will lead the technical delivery of projects from conception through to construction, managing schemes ranging in value from £50k to £1m. The role involves daily use of AutoCAD, making proficiency essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a design-led practice and play a key role in delivering impactful projects.
