We are currently recruiting for a night care worker position in Bingham. As a night care worker, you will provide compassionate care and support to individuals staying at our service. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, supporting individuals in making choices that enhance their life. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide mandatory induction training. What matters most are the right values, behaviour, and attitude towards working with people who have a learning disability.
