We are excited to be working with a successful independent UK national lift company, who provide professional lift maintenance, repairs, modernizations, and new lift installations from 8 regional locations.
With over 280 direct employees and a multimillion-pound turnover business, this company has over 10,000 lifts under maintenance contracts, including household name retail brands, international hotel groups, schools and universities, hospitals to smaller nursing homes, residential developments, and commercial facilities.
We are looking for a strong administration assistant to work in a branch in Rotherham who can handle a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate shall:
* Have strong administration and communication skills.
* Have the ability to think proactively in dynamic, fast moving circumstances.
* Be able to work proactively within a close-knit team.
* Be well organized.
* Have MS Office experience.

* Excellent administrative skills
Provide excellent customer service, with the main priority being the timely response to incoming inquiries:
* Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries – Generally received by phone or email
* Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.
* Be confident enough to chase internal colleagues and external suppliers to provide client with the information they require.
* Effectively track their workload, ensuring queries are followed through to a suitable conclusion.
* Communicate product and pricing details clearly to customers.
* Assist with the review of Comprehensive Contract maintenance visits to ensure required remedial works are completed in line with the terms of the contract.
* Follow up new maintenance contract leads to convert into lifts on contract.
* Logging and assigning breakdown calls.
* Liaising with engineers to ensure paperwork is returned promptly, meeting client expectations.
* Liaising with the repair team to provide the client with suitable dates for repair works to be completed.
* General admin duties using our database system, including but not limited to setting up new customer sites, amending service schedules, and updating customer charges.
* Providing an efficient and client-focused service
* Managing Customer Online Portals
