Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bringing our client's brand identity vision to life through the creative and strategic use of motion, interaction, choreography, and transitions. Your work will be essential in creating cohesive, engaging, and delightful user experiences across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers to creatively translate static design content into dynamic and compelling brand expressions.
* Create, develop, and implement comprehensive motion design systems, animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
* Ensure all motion design work complements and integrates coherently into the design of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and UI/UX content for a range of digital products.
* Maintain rigorous visual consistency across all interactions within the brand's digital ecosystem.
* Effectively manage stakeholders across multiple, interdependent design functions.
Essential Skills & Experience (CVs without these will be rejected):
* Excellent motion design experience gained in both agency and corporate settings.
* A demonstrable portfolio showcasing motion design solutions across multiple applications in both 2D and 3D contexts.
* Deep knowledge of interaction design and animation principles (e.g., timing, easing, spacing).
* Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate.
* Strong 3D and animation skills in one or more of the following: Cinema 4D, Blender, or Houdini.
* A solid understanding of rendering processes, technology, and techniques. Experience with Unreal Engine is highly desirable.
* Proven strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Comfortable and effective working across different cultures, geographies, and time zones.
* Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving design environment.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Delivery of beautifully crafted motion design assets that seamlessly integrate with and support the broader brand identity system.
* Consistent support of programme timing and project milestones.
