What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and formulate innovative skincare, bodycare, and cosmetic products from concept through to launch.
* Work closely with R&D, marketing, NPD, and regulatory teams.
* Conduct stability and compatibility testing.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, new raw materials, and compliance standards.
* Support improvements to existing formulas, driving sustainability and efficacy in product development.
What we’re looking for:
* A degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in formulating beauty or personal care products– ideally within skincare, bodycare, or cosmetics.
* A strong understanding of ingredients, formulation processes, and cosmetic regulations.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset – someone who enjoys working in a close‑knit team.
* Passion for the beauty industry and product innovation.
