£45,000 OTE | B2B Sales | Leeds | High Growth | Automotive

Flipstock is hiring.

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, ambitious salesperson with at least 3 years’ experience who is ready for the next step in their career.

This is not a retail car sales job.

This is a business-to-business sales role in the automotive trade, working directly with dealers, traders, leasing companies and disposal partners across the UK. You’ll be building relationships, sourcing opportunities, selling stock, and growing your own network in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

If you’re already good at sales and want to become exceptional, this is the role.

You’ll work directly with the founder of Flipstock — someone who has built and scaled sales teams, trained top-performing salespeople, and helped businesses grow quickly and profitably. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn proper sales, build commercial confidence, and develop into a serious operator.

But more importantly, this is a chance to get in early.

You will be the first hire in a business entering its next stage of growth.

Not employee number 40.

Not another name on a spreadsheet.

The first proper commercial hire in a business with serious room to grow.

That matters.

You’ll work side by side with the founder, help shape the sales function, influence how the business grows, and build your position as the company scales.

This is the first of many hires.

And if you’re the right person, you won’t just join the growth — you’ll become part of the reason it happens.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Building and managing relationships with car dealers, traders and suppliers across the UK
* Buying and selling used vehicles in a fast‑moving B2B environment
* Prospecting daily to win new business and grow your own customer base
* Making 50+ outbound calls per day
* Generating leads through phone, WhatsApp, CRM and social media
* Building your own commercial network and personal brand
* Managing deals from first conversation through to completion
* Learning how the trade works, how stock moves, and how to spot opportunity
* Working closely with the founder to learn systems, process and commercial strategy


What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
* Automotive experience is a big advantage
* Trade sales, vehicle disposals, leasing, remarketing or dealer‑to‑dealer experience is highly desirable
* Confident on the phone and comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
* Strong commercial instinct
* Hungry, competitive and driven by progression
* Wants to learn, improve and be coached
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment
* Understands that social selling matters, but prospecting still wins
* Interested in cars and the motor trade

For the first 6 months, this role is office‑based in Leeds to learn the systems, process, market and language properly. After that, there is flexibility to develop the role around performance — including time on the road and potential hybrid working.
