We are looking for a Plant Supervisor to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy, on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be responsible for running seed cleaning operations during our peak seed production periods, ensuring that Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards are met in line with legal requirements. You will be accountable for maintaining smooth operation of the seed cleaning plant during quiet hours and supervising temporary employees.

Your Role
As a Plant Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring grain cleaning operations run safely and efficiently
* Supervising staff working alongside you
* Managing the consolidation of bagged products within the warehouse, ensuring space for the day shift
* Reporting issues to the day shift Operations Manager
* Following procedures for breakdowns or maintenance
* Supporting the Operations Manager with other site tasks
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site
