Job summary
Join our Extraordinary Outreach Team and Make a Difference in the Lives of Young People!
Are you ready for a unique opportunity to join our Outreach Service for Children and Adolescents (OSCA)? We are seeking a passionate individual to join our small, experienced team in Buckinghamshire, supporting complex and vulnerable young people.
Our team was founded with a mission to reach out to young people and families who may struggle to engage with traditional CAMHS models of care. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work closely with these individuals, providing the support they need to thrive.
In addition to working within the OSCA team, you will also be part of the OSCA/Crisis service. This role entails conducting prompt and efficient psychosocial assessments and treatment for children and adolescents who require additional short-term support. By offering an alternative pathway to avoid hospital admission, you will play a vital role in providing the right care at the right time.
This is an exciting post and would suit someone who is keen to develop and maintain clinical skills and input, whilst also developing their skills in leadership and operational management.
As an organisation we are mindful of our staffs' well-being and see supervision, support, training and development in post as a priority.
