£92.56 - £120.00 per day depending on experience and qualifications

Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
Provide well-resourced classrooms and supportive Senior Leadership Teams
Encourage high standards of care, learning and development
Value strong relationships between staff, pupils and families
Offer welcoming and collaborative staff teamsSEN Teaching Assistant - responsibilities:
Support pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Adapt resources and support strategies to meet individual pupil needs
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Support pupils with communication, social and emotional development
Follow EHCPs and individual support plans where required
Ensure safeguarding and welfare of pupils at all times in line with KCSIE guidanceSEN Teaching Assistant - requirements:
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (school or care setting)
A patient, caring and resilient approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Flexible, reliable and professional attitude
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Understanding of safeguarding in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)How to apply:
