This role will design and execute a thought leadership and expert visibility programme developing content, campaigns and opportunities to showcase our executives, technical specialists and subject‑matter experts across external and internal channels.
The role
We are seeking a talented Thought Leadership Content Executive to help position our company as a leading voice across our five key B2B markets. This role will focus on creating high-value, industry-focused content.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Design and execute a thought leadership and expert visibility programme that enhances the profile of CMAC and its executives across the UK and Europe.
* Create high-value, industry-focused content that positions the business as a trusted authority across key b2b sectors.
* Produce whitepapers, case studies, blogs, research reports, and LinkedIn articles aligned with company messaging.
* Collaborate with subject‑matter experts (sales, product, industry leads) to identify opportunities, extract insights and translate them into compelling content.
* Work closely with theProduct Marketing Managerto ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and markets.
* Brief and liaise with agencies for design, layout, and publishing support.
* Repurpose content for campaigns, social media, email, and events.
* Support internal communications on newsletters, leadership updates, and key announcements (secondary focus).
* Monitor content performance and engagement, using insights to optimise future campaigns.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy and maintain relevance.
Skills and experience
* Proven B2B content creation experience, ideally in travel, tech, or complex product sectors.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders to translate complex industry insights into clear and engaging content.
* Ability to work across multiple industries, adapting messaging to different audiences and channels.
* Experienced working alongside agency partners (design, PR, digital).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and optimise content and campaigns.
* Collaborative and productive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
