About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Barnet, North London. This full-time role is based in a Year 4 classroom, working closely with a strong, supportive class teacher. The position is ideal for someone who has experience managing challenging behaviour while also providing effective academic support across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
