Some of the responsibilities:
* Coordinating and managing the delivery of a variety of digital marketing campaigns across multiple sectors.
* Aligning internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of value and measurable impact for clients.
* Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the full campaign lifecycle, providing performance updates and commercial insights.
* Building strong, trusted relationships with client contacts by understanding their markets and identifying opportunities to support business growth.
* Handling budget management from estimation through to invoicing, and ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM.
* Managing service orders and purchase orders efficiently.
* Measuring client satisfaction and implementing improvements where required.
Some of the requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or strategic role, preferably within a digital marketing agency
* Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, particularly PPC and SEO
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for building relationships
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
* Strong organisational abilities, with confidence managing multiple clients and priorities
* Commercial awareness and analytical skills to interpret and communicate insights clearly
