As Head of Digital Product, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online presence, ensuring every customer interaction is seamless, inspiring, and memorable. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead digital transformation at one of the UK’s most iconic jewellery retailers, driving forward initiatives that connect tradition with innovation. This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, and can be offered on a hybrid basis, working 2 days a week from our office at Croxley Park, Watford. Why this role matters You’ll be at the heart of evolving our customer experience, leading a change plan that spans from idea to delivery. With responsibility for the UK Digital Product roadmap, you’ll influence strategy, execution, and performance – ensuring our digital platforms are robust, engaging, and always customer-first. As part of the UK leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with Group, IT, Marketing, and Customer Experience colleagues, while also being the key voice in the UK for digital product strategy and delivery with our US partners. What you’ll be leading Innovation & Strategy: Shape and execute a bold digital product strategy that drives personalisation, conversion, and delight at every touchpoint. Customer-Centric Design: Champion user-led design, leading prototyping, wireframing, and digital design standards across the UK. Omnichannel Experience: Drive cross-functional workstreams to deliver a seamless experience across digital and in-store. Product Roadmap Ownership: Manage UK digital product delivery, including third-party partners and testing, to ensure excellence and stability. Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and grow a talented digital team (currently UI Designer and Product Owner) to deliver at pace with impact. Collaboration at Scale: Partner with US teams to align UK and Group digital goals, coordinate feature development, and ensure best-in-class rollout. What we’re looking for Proven success in a senior digital product leadership role, ideally in retail or e-commerce. Expertise in agile methodologies, customer-first product design, and roadmap delivery. Strong experience with testing tools (MVT/A-B), personalisation platforms, and prototyping/design tools such as Bloomreach, Dynamic Yield, Figma, Sketch, HTML/JavaScript, Jira, and Confluence. A track record of delivering digital innovation that drives conversion and customer engagement. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills – able to influence at every level. A natural problem solver with sharp analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
