We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent, Part Time, Toll coordinator to join Southampton City Council (SCC) in the Itchen bridge Team
About The Team
The team at Itchen bridge provide the front line customer service and assistance to users of the bridge, they are available to assist drivers and troubleshoot issues that can arise to ensure traffic flow is maintained for the city.
About The Role
* Shift based on a 6 week rota
* Evenings and weekends
* Small team environment

About You
* Initiative required for unpredictable workflows
* IT Literate
* Customer service experience
* GCSE Maths + English C or above

Salary:
The salary band for this role is £26,402 - £28,207. The
starting salary is £26,402
with annual progression through the salary bands.
