Our TIDES team, based at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich, is seeking an energised Community Team Manager to join their existing team on a permanent full‑time basis.
The Therapeutic Interventions for Distressing Unusual Experiences (TIDES) team provide a therapeutic service to help‑seeking young people aged 14‑35 who are at risk of developing a first episode of psychosis (FEP). This is known as an At Risk Mental State (ARMS), and we support people for up to a two‑year period, providing key therapeutic interventions to reduce the impact of their symptoms and to support social recovery.
Our dedicated team works flexibly between 8am‑6pm, Mon‑Fri.
From our base in Norwich, we work collaboratively and have strong links with teams across our patch in Norfolk and throughout the system, including social care. The role of Community Team Manager is really important to the ongoing success of our service; this post will provide you with the opportunity to develop and work within a specialist MDT setting, you'll be able to support individual staff with developing their performance in their clinical work, as well as supporting with safeguarding and quality assurance.
