During this apprenticeship, you'll build essential business skills, mastering core principles, laws, and regulations that help organisations meet stakeholder expectations. You'll learn to communicate confidently, manage resources effectively, and support the smooth delivery of events and projects.
Responsibilities
* Work across multiple departments, including Support, Projects, Health & Safety, and Finance.
* Process incoming and outgoing documentation.
* Handle internal and external telephone enquiries.
* Enter accurate data into customer-specific databases and internal systems.
* Extract data from systems, preparing and presenting findings in reports.
* Use bespoke platforms as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Complete daily and weekly reporting, including meeting KPIs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support the effective operation of the department.
* Carry out additional duties as required to support the overall success of the business.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring tasks are completed correctly first time.
* Manage incoming communications from stakeholders efficiently, escalating issues where necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
* Good administration skills
* Familiarity with business software such as the Microsoft Office suite
* A high level of confidentiality
* Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility and willingness to learn
* Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
* 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
* Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
Additional Pathways
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
