We are seeking dedicated Youth Workers to support children and young people with diverse needs, helping them build confidence, life skills, and brighter futures. Your Role * Provide person-centred support to young people in line with their individual needs and goals. * Assist with daily living skills, education, and recreational activities. * Support young people in developing independence, self-esteem, and positive relationships. * Promote safety, inclusion, and wellbeing at all times. * Work in partnership with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic support. What We’re Looking For ✅ * A genuine passion for working with children and young people. * Experience in youth work, education, or care (preferred but not essential – training provided). * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Valid Enhanced DBS (essential).
