About This Role
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team. The role offers 32.5 hours of work initially, increasing to 34.5 hours in January 2025, over 38 term weeks plus 1 week of school closure, with a minimum of 44.6 paid weeks.

As a Cover Supervisor, You Will
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
* Support the school’s ethos and contribute to a positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine interest in working with young people.
* Confidence, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively.
* Previous experience in schools is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
