️Your Mission...
As a Business Development Manager, you will embark on a journey of 50% new business development and 50% cross/upselling to existing accounts. Mastering the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with both existing and new accounts. With pre-sales support engineers at your side, you will deliver true value to customers through their technology solutions.
What you'll be doing...
* Win and retain new business
* Cross/upsell to existing accounts
* Manage the full sales cycle
* Collaborate with pre-sales support engineers
* Seize opportunities to sell outsourced support contracts
* Discuss, advise, and provide quotations for project requirements
* Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating costs as required
* Hit monthly and quarterly GP targets
What you'll bring with you..
* Minimum of 2+ years of IT sales experience, specifically in an MSP / Reseller environment
* Target-driven, ambitious, and hungry for success
* Proven track record of target achievement
* Passion for IT and technology
* Positive, self-motivated, and a hunter mentality
* New business sales attitude with a knack for building relationships
* Experience in high-level sales of Sophos, Dell, HP, VMware, VEEAM, Microsoft/Azure
