What you will do: - Provide expert consultations, advice, assessments, and interventions to professionals dealing with a child's sexual behaviour. - Engage in threshold discussions with the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) regarding harmful sexual behaviours. - Collaborate with social workers or lead professionals to execute direct work with children or young people exhibiting ongoing harmful behaviour concerns. - Conduct AIM 3 assessments, if necessary, to determine the level of intervention required for each case. - Deliver presentations and awareness sessions across the county, including to foster carers, the University of Suffolk, and local schools.
