We are recruiting General Glasshouse Worker’s to support with the strawberry harvest within our large-scale Glasshouse. The main duties of the role will include: • Picking and packing strawberries within our glasshouse • Cleaning the glasshouse and packhouse areas • General plant husbandry • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety Person specification: • Experience in fruit picking or working within a glasshouse environment is advantageous. • Ability to work under own initiative but also as part of a multifunctional team • Proactive and flexible approach to work Competitive basic and overtime rates plus piece pay.
