They are highly innovative, with a fantastic local reputation. The finance team is growing as they aim to maintain the dynamism that helped them become a local market leader. A Finance Manager is required on a permanent basis, paying up to £60,000 pa.Your new roleReporting to a progressive MD and leading your own finance team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of:
* Producing and managing budgets
* Costing reports and analysis
* Overseeing payroll and general cash management
* Controlling and overseeing the customer payment process
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements
* Monitoring key performance indicators and financial trends
* Developing and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance
* Managing liquidity and cash flow
* Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with project managers to ensure financial success of projects
* Handling vendor payments and accounts receivable collections
What you'll need to succeedWe are seeking a forward-thinking and efficient individual with proven experience within the construction industry. Preferred software experience is Evolution, though it is not essential. As Finance Manager, you will hold a strong understanding of both CIS and VAT.
