Job Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence and Insights Analyst to join the Performance and Insights Team, initially supporting Children Social Care Services. The role involves working within a busy, innovative team dedicated to positive change in the city.
The BI and Insights Analyst will:
* Lead on specific intelligence performance reporting and insights
* Support the council's data understanding through linkages, modeling, and visualization
* Collaborate with relevant services to provide intelligence for decision-making
* Work across the Planning and Informatics Team on various projects
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of reporting and data systems
* Understanding of performance and reporting frameworks
* Ability to analyze complex issues and exercise critical judgment
* Partnership working skills
* Interpersonal and influencing skills
* Proficiency in IT tools (Power BI, SQL)
