About the Role Are you passionate about creating impactful digital campaigns and driving meaningful change in healthcare? We’re looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Performance Marketing to oversee and grow our performance marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building Montu’s brand presence while improving lives through cannabis therapies. You’ll work with a supportive team to innovate and create campaigns that engage, inspire, and expand Montu’s reach in a regulated industry. What You’ll Do Lead and support a collaborative performance marketing team, managing and optimising paid search and social campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels. Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximise ROI and scale efficiently. Conduct structured A/B testing and experimentation across ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to drive performance improvements. Monitor key performance metrics (CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS), analyse campaign results, and translate insights into actionable strategies and scalable learnings. Build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to improve performance. Manage and forecast evolving budgets across multiple channels, reallocating spend based on trends, market changes, and campaign results. Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Clinical, and PR teams to ensure messaging accuracy, compliance, and audience relevance in a regulated environment. Partner with CRM and marketing communications teams to align acquisition and retention journeys, ensuring consistent messaging across email, SMS, and remarketing funnels. Work with marketing, social, and brand teams to craft and execute digital strategies that resonate with patients and strengthen trust in the Montu brand. Track and optimise the entire customer journey, collaborating with UX, product, and clinical teams to enhance satisfaction and advocacy. Forecast demand across multiple channels and coordinate with influencers and internal teams to balance reach, message, and resources. Adapt strategies to reflect local market, legal, and cultural nuances in the UK and Germany, ensuring compliance and relevance. Brainstorm and execute innovative growth initiatives to amplify Montu’s reach in a highly regulated healthcare market. What We’re Looking For 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on leadership of multi-channel performance campaigns. Proven expertise in paid media management (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and a strong grasp of social media algorithms and optimisation techniques. A data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboards. Demonstrated ability to interpret insights and turn data into strategic, actionable improvements. Excellent communication skills with an adaptable, inclusive approach to cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in English, with business-level German required. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive problem-solver who can adapt strategies and budgets to changing conditions. Experience in regulated industries is a strong plus; familiarity with healthcare or wellness sectors is highly beneficial. A passion for building meaningful, ethical marketing strategies that deliver value and foster long-term patient trust. Nice to Have Experience in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical marketing. Understanding of GDPR, ASA, and MHRA guidelines for digital advertising. Experience working with influencers or affiliate partners in a regulated market.
